If you have a fairly busy business, and have a high demand on for prints, scans, copies and faxes, then the obvious choice is an all-in-one. Best of all, an all-in-one that can print with all paper sizes including A3.
Nobody wants lots of separates clogging up the office if you are not an office with many staff, all needing to print and copy, etc. at the same time.
The sensible option for small business needs is the all-in-one. Once upon a time such an item would have been very costly but these days’ multi-purpose printer, scanner and copiers are a lot less expensive. It’s obviously important to own a printer in today’s business environment. Without one, you would be well behind the competition.

These machines have been improved again and again, now reaching points of incredible speeds and quality. Every model offers strengths in different areas, which is why it’s so important to do your homework prior to purchasing.
There is one feature that can still be expensive, and that is the ability to print and scan A3-size documents. In this article, we’ll briefly review two options.
Affordable Multifunction
One of the best A3 printers/scanner/copier/ and fax on the market is the HP Officejet 7500A Wide Format e-All-in-One E910a.

The beauty of this model is that it brings such a wide range of function into an affordable price range. It might surprise you to know that you can find the HP Officejet 7500A Wide Format e-All-in-One E910a can be found on Amazon at less than $180.
A truly affordable price and perfect for a small business. It has good printing speed and MFP features, e-Print functionality, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Paper tray, a fraction on the small side but still probably not required most times. The text quality isn’t perfect but for a machine with this much multi-function and within this price range, it’s a good buy.
Another Affordable All-in-One Option
Another great option for a small business that has A3 printing among other features is the Brother MFC-5890CN Professional-Series Color Inkjet Printer, an All-in-One with Networking and Large-Size Printing.

[easyazon-image-link asin="B001GFA8T6" alt="Brother MFC-5890CN Professional-Series Color Inkjet All-in-One with Networking and Large-Size Printing" src="http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41cVwdNRvKL._SL160_.jpg" align="right" width="160" height="108"]This is a color ink-jet machine that has a lot of features; however, there is a catch. Though it’s listed as a printer scanner, it’s only capable of printing A3. It’s not capable of scanning A3. The good news is that I wouldn’t list the product in this article if it weren’t worthwhile. Plus, most people who are looking for an A3 printer scanner are more concerned with the printing than the scanning.
The Brother MFC-5890CN Professional-Series Color Inkjet All-in-One is available on Amazon for around $165 only. While the 5890CN falls short in the scanner category, it’s still a great value. This model is considered to be good with ink economy, takes 2 different quality ink cartridges and is easy to set up and few complaints about the quality of prints.
The Brother MFC-5890CN Professional-Series Color Inkjet All-in-One can print, copy, scan and fax. It supports USB and Ethernet connectivity. Has a good paper tray size and can be extended when you’re using A3 paper. The speed is also pretty good also.
The fax machine is 33.6 Kbps. There is a 50-page Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), which is well above average. A 3.3-inch color LCD display will allow you to preview, enhance and edit photos prior to printing.
The Brother lacking A3 scanning gives the HP the edge but the Brother slightly beats it on price. Either way I these are both 2 great quality and extremely affordable multi function printers that have most who have them writing favorably. Great value with both these models and the Brother offers a 2 year warranty somewhat outshining its rivals on that front.
