Professional Series Inkjet All-in-One Printer with up to 11″ x 17″ Duplex Printing
Like the MFC-6490CW, the J6510DW offers up to 11” x 17” printing, scanning, copying, and faing, but with the additional twist of duplex printing that saves a lot on paper. Scan glass size is 11” x 17” that could easily scan A3 size documents in one pass. It has a dual tray, one with a standard input paper capacity of 250-sheets, and the multi-purpose tray for unattended fax, copy or scan using up to 35 pages. It also has a single sheet bypass tray that allows convenient, straight through, single sheet feeding for up to 11″ x 17″ paper, envelopes or thicker media.
It can likewise be setup easily on a wired or wireless Ethernet network. However, with the USB Direct Interface, you can also print files from or scan to your USB flash memory drive, or print images directly from your PictBridge-enabled digital device such as a camera, PDA, or phone.
Print speeds are up to 35 ppm in black, and 27 ppm in color using print resolutions of up to 6000 x 1200 dpi. Like the 6490CW, it also uses a 4-cartridge ink system.
Copy speeds may reach up to 23 cpm in black and 20 cpm in color, with the reduction and enlargement capability ranging from 25% to 400%. It scans in B/W and Color with maximum optical scan resolutions of up to 2400 x 2400 dpi on the flatbed; and 2400 x 1200 dpi on the ADF.

The MFC-J6510DW is still currently available on the Brother site at its retail value of $250, whereas on Amazon you may get it for as low as $183.
