The 450 can reach optimized resolution of 4800 dpi and can print up to 9 pages per minute black and 8 pages per minute color. It also uses 6-ink technology, but an optional photo ink cartridge must be purchased separately. Cartridges will get you 450 pages black and 400 pages color. You will get 350 pages per charge. This machine weighs 4.2 lbs. For longest life, go with the cbi. It uses a lithium-ion battery.
The 450 can withstand a lot of abuse. It has been tested in many ways, including consistent drops from 2.5 feet high. If you’re looking for advanced connectivity options, go with the wbt. Bluetooth wireless technology is standard on this model. Otherwise, you will have USB and Parallel options. If you look hard enough, the 450 can be found for close to $100.
