Two Affordable Portable Printer Scanner Options

If you’re a businessperson and require a laptop for travel, then you’re well aware of how many options are out there. You can get anything from an old and simple printer that sells for $25 to a high-end all-in-one machine that can run you over $1000. It all depends on what you need. And that’s the key. You might not realize how many people spend money on features they don’t need. For example, if you’re selling gym memberships, you’re not going to need high quality photo prints. You just need a reliable machine that will print out information. In today’s budget-conscious economy, it’s important not to waste money. That brings us to the portable printer scanner. If you just need printing and scanning and want to save money, there a couple of discount portable printer scanner models to consider.

It only weighs 2.1 lbs and its dimensions are 11.9 x 2.3 x 4.2 inches. It also supports USB connectivity.

Another option for a portable printer scanner is Visioneer’s Roadwarrior Patriot. This machine only weighs 10.6 ounces and can fit into any laptop bag. It’s designed for those who just want the basics. Resolution can reach as high as 600 dots per inch. The Roadwarrior Patriot can also produce 36-bit color scans. It has a searchable PDF, a USB port, and software that can import and organize information in seconds.
